The Ultimate Unwind includes a choice beverage, luxury body scrub, detoxifying body wrap, full-body massage, and a customized facial. Lunch is available with 24+ hour advance booking. Final service timing and therapist assignments are confirmed by phone after booking.
This spa day is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes. Actual duration may vary slightly depending on customization and transition time between multiple therapists; we will confirm total timing and any adjustments when we call to finalize your reservation.
Lunch is provided when requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. We accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions when notified in advance and will arrange a freshly prepared meal to enjoy during your spa day.
You may request preferred therapists and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Please note this package can involve multiple therapists; confirmed assignments and any special requests will be discussed during our confirmation call.
Certain conditions—such as recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, contagious skin conditions, or pregnancy complications—may require modifications or prevent some treatments. Please disclose medical history at booking so our team can safely tailor or recommend alternatives.
We request 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling for a full refund. Cancellations between 24–48 hours may incur a partial fee; cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may be charged the full service cost. Contact us for emergencies.
