What the offer includes
The Welcome Journey includes two separate services: one 60 MINUTES massage with foot reflexology and one 60 MINUTES Facial with scalp treatment. Offered as a multi-month transformational welcome package for first-time local guests at $249, each booking reserves a full session rather than a shortened add-on treatment.
Redeem one session each month for two consecutive months; the unused portion expires after 3 months from date of purchase. Availability is limited to 15 guests each month, so early booking is advised. Please note the booking detail: if you book with Cheyenne first, that appointment will be a FACIAL first.
How to schedule and redeem
After purchase, schedule your first appointment online or by phone and plan to use the second session the following month. Our location on US-52 in Downtown Moncks Corner supports evening and weekend appointments to accommodate commuters heading to Charleston and visitors returning from Lake Moultrie recreation.
If you need to reschedule, contact the front desk as soon as possible to find another available slot within your redemption window. Because this is a timed welcome offer, staff will prioritize keeping one appointment per month; mention any practitioner preference at booking so they can advise on openings and sequence.
What to expect at visit
Plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and share any sensitivities or preferences. Each booked treatment runs for 60 MINUTES, and rooms and therapists are prepared specifically for the service on your appointment, so expect a dedicated, full-length experience rather than combined or abbreviated sessions.
After each session, staff will review any straightforward aftercare suggestions related to your massage or facial. Given Moncks Corner's humid subtropical climate, many guests prefer a light change of clothes; evening and weekend hours make this package practical for local families, commuters, and weekend lake visitors.
