This offer is exclusively for first-time local guests of Embody Wellness Retreat. Limit one package per person; proof of local address may be requested at booking. Offer limited to 15 new guests per month to maintain personalized service.
Use one treatment each month for two months; the package expires three months after purchase. Book online or call to reserve dates. Note: If first appointment is with Cheyenne, your facial will be scheduled first.
The Welcome Offer is designed for one treatment per month across two months to maximize results. If availability allows and manager approval is given, exceptions may be possible—but priority scheduling follows the one-per-month guideline.
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without penalty. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the package expiration window. Frequent cancellations or late changes may forfeit that month's treatment—contact us promptly to find an alternative appointment.
Certain medical conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or contagious skin conditions may restrict treatment. Please complete our health intake form and disclose medications or concerns before booking. Staff will recommend modifications or decline services when safety could be compromised.
Book online through our website or call the spa directly to reserve your monthly appointments. Because availability is limited to 15 new guests per month, early booking is recommended. Our team can suggest optimal times and staff based on your preferences.
