The Couples Spa Escape includes side-by-side 45-minute professional massages and 45-minute calming facials for both partners in our private suite. Total appointment time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Optional Shared Infrared Ritual and upgrades are available for additional cost.
Yes. Therapists begin with a brief consultation to adapt massage pressure and choose facial products for your skin types and concerns. Please mention sensitivities or preferences ahead of time; we also offer enhancements and specialty upgrades for personalized care.
Generally yes, but infrared is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with pacemakers, certain medical implants, or uncontrolled health conditions. Please disclose medical history when booking so our team can advise and ensure a safe, comfortable experience for both partners.
Arrive about 15 minutes early to check in, hydrate, and complete any intake forms. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing; disclose recent treatments, medications, or health concerns so therapists can tailor services safely.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee per person; no-shows are charged the full booking amount. Policies apply per reservation, not per guest.
Gratuities are not included in the service price. A customary 15–20% gratuity is appreciated and may be split between therapists if desired. You can leave cash directly or add a tip via card at checkout or online booking.
