The shared infrared ritual sauna is an optional add-on designed to boost circulation, relaxation, and detoxification. It is reserved separately and recommended for the group to enjoy together. Please add it when booking; space and scheduling are limited and may incur an extra charge.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to relax and complete brief intake forms. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or vigorous exercise beforehand. Bring any medications or notes about skin sensitivities. We provide robes, slippers, and a calm space to unwind before treatments.
