We recommend weekly or biweekly check-ins depending on your goals and progress. New clients often start weekly for momentum; those maintaining results may move to every two weeks. We’ll recommend frequency during your initial consultation and adjust as needed.

Have recent weight or measurement logs, food diary notes, activity updates, medication changes, and any symptoms or challenges ready. This lets our team assess trends quickly and make informed adjustments to your personalized plan during the fifteen-minute check-in.

Yes. Our clinicians review your progress and can recommend modifications to portions, meal timing, macronutrient balance, workout intensity, or recovery strategies. Significant changes may prompt follow-up resources or an in-person visit for more comprehensive reassessment.

Coverage varies by insurance and plan. Typically these short wellness check-ins are not billable to insurance, but they can be included in prepaid wellness packages or memberships. Our front desk can explain pricing, package options, and any available discounts.

Please notify us as soon as possible. We allow same-week reschedules when available; missed appointments may be subject to cancellation policies. Rescheduling keeps continuity of care, so we’ll work to find the next convenient time that maintains your progress.

Each session is 15 minutes, focused on progress review, data checks, quick adjustments, and personalized guidance. We address questions, troubleshoot barriers, and set short-term goals. If more time is needed, we’ll arrange a longer follow-up or in-person visit.
